Consultation fees range from CAD 200 to CAD 300 and are determined by the urgency and complexity of the matter. Should you choose to retain our services within 7 days of the consultation, the consultation fee will be credited toward your overall service fees. There is no obligation to proceed beyond the consultation.
After your consultation is booked, you will receive an intake form to complete. This form will ask about your education, English proficiency, work history, and any study experience. When booking the consultation, you will also have an opportunity to outline your main questions and goals. The more detailed the information you provide, the better I can prepare for our meeting and clearly explain the immigration options available to you. Please be prepared to take notes. Recording of the consultation is not authorized.

- You may reschedule your file review an unlimited number of times up to 24 hours before the scheduled appointment. Same-day rescheduling is possible only by mutual agreement.
- Failure to attend the file without prior notice (no-show) will be considered a service rendered, and the consultation fee will be non-refundable.
If you enter into a full-service contract within 7 days following your consultation, the consultation fee will be credited toward your service fee upon payment.
Each consultation is 50 minutes and file review is 90 minutes, conducted without interruptions, during which the consultant will address all of your questions.
After your booking I'll send you a secure Google drive folder to upload all your documents in advance. When booking the file review, you will also have an opportunity to outline your main questions. The more detailed the information you provide, the better I can prepare for our meeting.
All consultations are conducted online via Zoom. The meeting link will be included in your booking confirmation. You may join directly through your web browser when using a computer, or through the Zoom application on a mobile device or tablet. Please ensure ahead of time that your internet connection, camera, microphone, and audio are functioning properly to avoid delays.
Please be on time for your scheduled consultation. The consultant will remain available for up to 15 minutes after the scheduled start time. If you join later than 15 minutes, the consultation will be deemed a no-show and automatically cancelled, without eligibility for a refund or rescheduling. Any time lost due to late arrival cannot be carried over or credited.
