Our immigration specialist, Anna Ugolkova, graduated from one of Canada’s leading institutions for immigration law studies, Queen’s University, where she completed the Graduate Diploma in Immigration and Citizenship Law. Anna holds a Class 3 RCIC-IRB license, which authorizes her to represent clients before the Refugee Protection Division and to handle complex matters involving inadmissibility and remedies, in addition to standard immigration programs.
Anna is known for her strong problem-solving skills and creative, analytical thinking. She also holds a Master of Arts (MgA) in Contemporary Art from the Academy of Arts, Architecture and Design in the Czech Republic and is fluent in Czech. This interdisciplinary background allows her to analyze cases in depth and develop thoughtful, non-standard solutions tailored to each client’s unique circumstances.
